تطبيق "الراشد للمواعيد" يربط المستخدمين بالأطباء والصالونات لحجز المواعيد داخل العراق.
خصوصيتك مهمة لنا، وهذي السياسة توضح بالضبط شنو بيانات نجمعها منك، وليش، وشلون نحميها.
باستخدامك التطبيق، أنت توافق على الممارسات الموضحة بهذي السياسة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- رقم الهاتف: نستخدمه للتحقق من هويتك وتسجيل الدخول (عبر رمز تحقق OTP)، وهو المعرّف الأساسي لحسابك.
- الاسم الكامل: يُعرض لمقدمي الخدمة عند الحجز، ولاسم الطبيب/الصالون بصفحته العامة بالتطبيق.
- الموقع الجغرافي: نطلبه من الأطباء والصالونات لتحديد موقعهم على الخريطة ليشوفه المرضى، وقد يُطلب من المستخدم عند الحاجة لتحديد موقعه بخانة العنوان أثناء الحجز.
- الصورة الشخصية: اختيارية — يختارها مقدم الخدمة من معرض صوره ليظهر بملفه الشخصي العام.
- بيانات الحجز: تاريخ ووقت الموعد، اسم ورقم هاتف وعنوان المريض/الزبون، وأي ملاحظة يكتبها عند الحجز.
- بيانات الاشتراك والدفع: نوع الخطة، المبلغ، وحالة الاشتراك. ما نجمع ولا نخزّن أي تفاصيل بطاقة دفع — عملية الدفع نفسها تصير مباشرة ببوابة دفع خارجية موثوقة (APS)، خارج تطبيقنا بالكامل.
- إشعارات الجهاز: معرّف تقني (FCM token) خاص بجهازك يخلينا نوصلك إشعارات الحجوزات والتحديثات.
- بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، وتقارير الأعطال التقنية (عبر Firebase Crashlytics) تساعدنا نحل المشاكل ونحسّن أداء التطبيق.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من هويتك.
- ربطك بمقدمي الخدمة (الأطباء والصالونات) وإتمام عملية الحجز.
- إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بحالة حجزك أو اشتراكك.
- معالجة الاشتراكات والدفعات.
- تحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال التقنية.
- منع إساءة الاستخدام والحسابات الوهمية.
مين يقدر يشوف بياناتك
- الطبيب أو الصالون الي تحجز عنده يشوف بس بيانات الحجز الخاصة بيك (الاسم، الهاتف، العنوان، الملاحظة).
- اسم مقدم الخدمة وتخصصه ومدينته وموقعه على الخريطة تظهر بشكل عام لكل مستخدمي التطبيق (هذا هدف التطبيق الأساسي).
- فريق الدعم الفني الخاص بينا يقدر يوصل لبياناتك بس لأغراض الدعم الفني أو حل مشكلة تخص حسابك.
- ما نبيع ولا نأجّر بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية.
أين تُخزّن بياناتك
بياناتك تُخزّن على خوادم Google Firebase (Google Cloud) بتشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين، ونحمي الوصول لها
بقواعد أمان صارمة تمنع أي حد غير مخوّل يوصلها.
خدمات أطراف ثالثة نتعامل وياهم
- Google Firebase: لتخزين البيانات، تسجيل الدخول، والإشعارات.
- Google Maps: لعرض مواقع مقدمي الخدمة على الخريطة.
- Arab Payment Services (APS): لمعالجة عمليات الدفع بشكل مباشر وآمن، خارج تطبيقنا.
لكل واحدة من هذي الخدمات سياسة خصوصية خاصة فيها تحكم كيفية تعاملها مع البيانات.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة فيه بأي وقت عن طريق التواصل وياتنا على البريد أدناه.
الأطباء والصالونات الي يلغون التسجيل قبل ما يدفعون الاشتراك، حسابهم ينحذف تلقائياً وبالكامل.
خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام من قبل بالغين (18 سنة فأكثر) لحجز مواعيد طبية أو خدمات صالونات.
ما نجمع بالقصد بيانات من أطفال دون هذا العمر.
التغييرات على هذي السياسة
ممكن نحدّث هذي السياسة من وقت لآخر. أي تغيير جوهري راح نعلن عنه داخل التطبيق أو بتحديث تاريخ
"آخر تحديث" بأعلى الصفحة.

Introduction
Alrished Appointments connects users with doctors and salons to book appointments within Iraq.
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains exactly what data we collect, why, and how we
protect it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect
- Phone number: used to verify your identity and sign you in (via OTP), and serves as your account identifier.
- Full name: shown to service providers when you book, and shown publicly on a doctor's/salon's profile.
- Location: requested from doctors and salons to place them on the map for patients; may be requested from users to fill in an address field while booking.
- Profile photo: optional — chosen by the provider from their device gallery to display on their public profile.
- Booking data: appointment date/time, patient/customer name, phone, address, and any note entered at booking.
- Subscription & payment data: plan type, amount, and subscription status. We never collect or store any card details — payment itself happens directly on a trusted external payment gateway (APS), entirely outside our app.
- Push notification token: a technical device identifier (FCM token) used to deliver booking and status notifications.
- Technical data: device type, OS version, and crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix issues and improve performance.
How We Use Your Data
- Create and verify your account.
- Connect you with service providers and complete bookings.
- Send notifications about your booking or subscription status.
- Process subscriptions and payments.
- Improve app performance and fix technical issues.
- Prevent abuse and fraudulent accounts.
Who Can See Your Data
- The doctor or salon you book with sees only your booking details (name, phone, address, note).
- A provider's name, specialty, city, and map location are shown publicly to all app users — this is the app's core purpose.
- Our support team may access your data solely for support purposes or to resolve an account issue.
- We never sell or rent your data to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) servers, encrypted in transit and at rest,
and protected by strict security rules that prevent unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services We Use
- Google Firebase: data storage, authentication, and notifications.
- Google Maps: to display provider locations on the map.
- Arab Payment Services (APS): to process payments directly and securely, outside our app.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at
the email below. Doctors/salons who cancel registration before paying their subscription have
their account automatically and fully deleted.
Children's Privacy
This app is intended for use by adults (18+) booking medical or salon services. We do not
knowingly collect data from children under this age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material change will be announced within the
app or reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
